In2 Healthcare Ltd is the parent company comprising of subsidiaries which are involved in strategizing business development in the healthcare sector. In2 Healthcare are majority owned by the Tejani family. The directors have put in place a professional, effective and strong middle management team of dedicated staff, thus allowing some of the Board members to focus on their strengths in identifying new opportunities, business expansion, new business start-ups etc. The Board of Directors whilst still being hands on are now more involved in policy and strategic management.

LPC (Pharmaceuticals) Ltd operates retail pharmacy outlets together with a wholesaling-distribution from a newly acquired 40,000 square feet of custom built warehousing plus a 13,000 square feet standalone quarantine holding facility awaiting QC release. Retail operations play an important part in our overall business, allowing us easy access to market data, trading patterns, prescribing habits, government policies towards healthcare and customer demands. The wholesale-distribution business is primarily involved in the sale and supply of medicinal products (POM, P, GSL etc) to other pharmaceutical wholesalers & retailers.

LPC Medical (UK) Ltd owns the intellectual property (IP) a sizable portfolio of branded products. It is one of the groups asset holding companies. The company, after acquisition of Eastern Pharmaceuticals assets, owns some 160 licences, enabling the company to offer a comprehensive product range, including private label to the GSL sector and POM & P category of products to pharmacy sector. Besides our own licences, we have access to third party licences, thus allowing us to offer an extensive product range. Sourcing, acquisition and development of IP & products is an on-going activity, dependant on prevailing market conditions and opportunities.

Rusco Ltd is another of the group's asset holding company consisting of products under the category of GSL.
